Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) prefabricated metal self-storage buildings for a customer in Newfields, New Hampshire, in early August of 2015.
The first of the (2) buildings stands 30’x190’x8.5’ when fully erect, and the second mini storage building is 30’x170’x8.5’ in size. Both are covered and protected overhead by rugged, hardwearing metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches, and distributed between the two buildings are (6) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (37) 9’x9’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. All (43) doors have accompanying stainless steel latches. To enhance durability with respect to the weather and climate patterns common in the area, these mini storage buildings boast wind speeds of 97 mph C, ground snow loads of 50 lbs. and roof snow loads of 35 lbs.
A part of seacoast New Hampshire’s Rockingham County, the small town of Newfields is located about 54.6 miles outside Boston, Massachusetts, and about 30.5 miles from Manchester, New Hampshire.
