Rugged, durable and designed to stand strong in Washington’s often wet, unpredictable climate, the (4) buildings together create a mini storage facility. Comprised of heavy-duty, premium-quality steel parts, the buildings differ in size, with (1) 20’x220’8.5’ building, (1) 40’x240’8.5’ mini storage building and (2) 20’x240’x8.5’ self-storage buildings making up the self-storage business.

Distributed throughout the metal mini storage complex are (135) framed openings, among them (22) 6’x7’ openings enclosing (22) 6’x7’ mini storage doors, (93) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (93) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (20) 14’x14’ overhead openings, each harboring one of (20) 14’x14’ overhead doors.

Other customizations added out of respect for regional climate patterns and building codes include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 58-pound snow load. A part of north-central Washington, the city of Wenatchee is the largest in Chelan County. Situated along the western edge of the Columbia River, the community lies about 68 miles outside Moses Lake and about 10 miles from Rock Island.
