Divided into (12) smaller storage units the owner rents in exchange for a monthly fee, the storage facility features (12) 9’x7’ framed openings throughout, each of which encloses one of (12) 9’x7’ framed openings. Supplemental features and customizations added with regard for the variable climate of the area as well as the building codes governing construction at the property address include a high, 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
Situated along the Buffalo River, the small village of Eleva, Wisconsin, falls within west-central Wisconsin’s Trempealeau County. The community lies about 18 miles south of Eau Claire and about 10 miles east of Mondovi.
