These seven metal buildings were purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2013, and together comprise a mini storage complex in Lewiston, Wisconsin. Lewiston is a small town in Columbia County about 46 miles from Madison and 114 miles outside Milwaukee.
The seven 40’ wide steel buildings vary in length from 130’ to 260’ and four of the seven were upgraded to 12’ eave heights. The buildings contain a total of 230 Janus model 650 9’ x 10’ roll-up doors. The buildings wind loads of 90 mph C and ground snow loads (GSLs) of 43 lbs.
Mini Storage Outlet was able to match the color of all seven buildings to an existing building already located on the property. The buildings were delivered in bundles less than 2,400 lbs. apiece at the request of the customer.
