Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) pre-engineered steel mini storage buildings for a customer in La Fargeville, New York, at the end of June, 2016.
Adorned with brilliant paint and charcoal-covered roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, the buildings together create a mini storage complex. The first is 20’x150’x8.5’, while the second stands 30’x150’x8.5’. The third and final building stands 20’x70’x8.5’. All (3) buildings are crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, and distributed among them are (73) framed openings varying in size. Included are (10) 4’x7’ openings equipped with (10) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (63) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. In consideration of the typical climate of northern New York, a high snow load of 65 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 90 mph serve as additional mini storage project features.
A small hamlet set within the town of Orleans in upstate New York’s Jefferson County, La Fargeville lies about 18 miles outside Watertown and about 86 miles outside Syracuse.
