Structurally sound and built to last, the (3) structures together create a self-storage business, offering reliable protection for assets in a wide range of sizes. The first of the (3) steel storage buildings stands 40’x160’x8.5’ in size, while the second stands 30’x260’x8.5’. The third and final mini storage building, meanwhile, offers a finished size of 45’x150’x8.5’, and all (3) have corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 2:12 pitches overhead.

Distributed throughout the expansive mini storage facility are (33) framed openings ranging in size.
