Purchased from Regency Steel Buildingsin 2011 are two mini storage buildings located in Whitney Point, New York. Both builds are sandstone-colored Regency brand buildings stand 30’x80’x8.5’. They feature upgraded standing seam roofs with 2:12 roof pitches as opposed to the standard screw-down 1/2:12 roof design. To match a number of existing units on the property the roofs of both metal buildings were painted Evergreen.

The buildings include a total of thirty six mini storage doors, thirty of which are 9’x7’ and the remaining six are 4’x7’. Both structures were constructed with wind loads of 90 mph B and ground snow loads of 55 lbs. The high snow rating was necessary due to the average of 48.9 inches of snow Whitney Point receives every year, which is 23.9 inches more than the average U.S. city.

Whitney Point is a small village in Broome County, about 32 miles from Norwich and 31 miles from Ithaca. It is located primarily within the Town of Triangle, although a small portion also lies within the Town of Lisle.
