Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered steel mini storage building for a customer in Casper, Wyoming, in late March of 2019.
Offering the rugged durability Wyoming construction demands, the storage building stands 30’x40’x14’ in size, and it now operates as a mini storage facility. Its heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant roof is comprised of Galvalume panels and has a 4:12 pitch, and (2) framed openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (1) 14’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x14’ overhead door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
The metal mini storage building also features several enhancements that help equip the self-storage facility for Wyoming’s sometimes-extreme climate conditions. A 125-mph wind speed rating is one such accommodation, and a high, 100-pound snow load is another.
Located in central Wyoming, the city of Casper is a part of Natrona County. Bordering communities include Mills, Evansville and Bar Nunn.
