Regency Steel Buildings supplied this preconstructed steel mini storage building in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Built to last and easy to maintain, it now serves as a mini storage center. Comprised of rugged, robust steel components, it stands 40’x240’x8.5’ in size, and overhead, a long-lasting Galvalume metal roof that resists corrosion and offers a 0.5:12 roof pitch protects stored goods from the elements.
Distributed throughout the storage facility are (48) 8’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (48) 8’x7’ mini storage doors, and the building also boasts several accommodations made with respect for the variable climate and seasonal snowfall common throughout Cheyenne. These include a 20-pound snow load and a 125-mph wind speed rating.
The most populated city in the state, Cheyenne sits within southeastern Wyoming’s Laramie County. It lies about 178 miles outside Casper and about 129 miles from Douglas.
