Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated steel mini storage building in Douglas, Wyoming, where it is now used as a mini storage building.
Light stone in color with matching light stone trim, the metal building stands 20’x120’x8.5’, and houses a total of (24) 10’x10’ units. All (24) units have 9’x7’ framed openings, all of which are covered by one of (24) fern-green Model 650 mini storage doors with accompanying stainless steel latches.
The steel mini storage building is topped with a Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and in consideration of Douglas’ propensity for high winds and the fact that the city sees virtually no dry season, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph, a ground snow load of 43 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30 lbs.
The City of Douglas is located within Converse County, in east-central Wyoming. It lies about 94 miles from Torrington and 59 miles outside Wheatland.
