The mini storage buildings are all sized 25’x150’x8.5’ with a .5:12 roof pitches. They feature R-8 roof insulation, wind loads of 90 mph B and Ground Snow Loads (GSLs) of 30 lbs. each building has (15) 10’x10’ & (15) 10’x15’ unit. The units include a total of (180) 9’x7’ mini storage roll-up doors. The six buildings were delivered to the customer in three separate deliveries.
Guymon is the largest city on the Oklahoma Panhandle. It is located within Texas County and lies about 62 miles outside Boise City and 69 miles from Beaver.
