Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) prefabricated mini storage buildings in Sperry, Oklahoma, in late September, 2016.
Rugged, low maintenance and crafted from premium-grade steel components, the buildings together operate as a mini storage complex. The first stands 60’x120’12’ in size, while the second stands 40’x126’x16’ once fully erect. Both buildings are covered overhead by hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches. Distributed between the buildings are (29) framed openings, which include (20) 10’x10’ openings enclosing (20) 10’x10’ Model 650 doors and (9) 12’x14’ openings, each equipped with one of (9) 12’x14’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
To enhance overall durability with respect for the climate in and around the Sperry area, the mini storage complex also features a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. A small town set within northeastern Oklahoma’s Tulsa Count, the town of Sperry is situated about 73 miles outside Stillwater and 24 miles from Claremore.
