Inside the 20’x100’x8.5’ building with a 0.5:12 roof pitch are (24) rentable storage units, (8) of which are 5’x10’ with 4’x7’ framed openings, and (16) of which are 10’x10’ with 9’x7’ framed openings. Dispersed among the units are (8) 4’x7’ Janus model 650 mini storage doors and (16) 9’x7’ doors of the same variety. Additional mini storage building features include a 2 5/8” vapor barrier in the roof to prevent dampness, 29-gauge partition panels with galvalume finishes, gutters and downspouts, wedge anchors and fasteners and Maine engineer-stamped drawings.

Given the northern climate and substantial snowfall typically seen in the Waltham area each year, the building was engineered with a wind speed of 91 mph, a ground snow load of 60 lbs. and a roof snow load of 42 lbs.
