Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered mini storage building for a customer in Lewistown, Montana in December of 2020.
Now functioning as a self-storage business, the attractive Gray metal mini storage building has complementing Polar White trim and features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in superior strength and durability. Once raised, it is 40’x72’x10’ in size and contains (12) separate storage units, and overhead, it features a hardwearing Galvalume Polar White roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.
Each unit has its own point of access, and throughout the self-storage building are (12) 10’x8’ overhead door openings enclosing (12) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 roll-coil doors. Gutters and downspouts serve as additional customizations, helping prevent water damage. The steel mini storage building also has several features that comply with local building and engineering codes, including a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 36.4-pound snow load.
Located in central Montana, the city of Lewistown is part of Fergus County. It lies southeast of Great Falls and northwest of Billings.
