Regency Steel Buildings was the proud provider of this pair of pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings in East Liverpool, Ohio in November of 2020.
Now functioning as a self-storage center, the (2) Regency Storage Systems steel buildings feature premium-quality steel construction, resulting in trustworthy protection for valuables kept inside. The first mini storage building is 20’x50’x8.67’/9.5’, and the second is 20’x30’x8.67’/9.5’.
Overhead, each building boasts a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel with a 0.5:12 pitch, and distributed between the (2) mini storage buildings are (11) framed openings that offer access into each storage unit. There are (5) 8’x8’ openings enclosing (5) 8’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (6) 8’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (6) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
Regency Steel also engineered the metal mini storage buildings to comply with building and engineering codes currently in place across East Liverpool. Each steel self-storage building boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 17.5 pounds.
Situated along the Ohio River near the borders of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the city of East Liverpool is part of eastern Ohio’s Columbiana County. It sits about 40 miles outside Youngstown and about the same distance from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
