Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered metal mini storage building for a customer in Tabiona, Utah in October of 2020.

Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the rugged, easy-to-maintain steel building now undergoes use as a self-storage facility. Comprised of durable, high-quality steel parts, the mini storage building is 30’x100’x8.5’ in size and contains (20) storage units the business owner rents out in exchange for a fee.

The roof the steel mini storage building resists corrosion, has a slight 1:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing Galvalume steel panels. Each storage unit has its own point of entry, and found throughout the self-storage center are (20) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (20) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

Regency Storage Systems engineered the mini storage building to adhere to local building and engineering codes, and as such, it features a 30-psf snow load and a 104-mph wind speed rating. A small town in northeastern Utah’s Duchesne County, Tabiona sits about 87 miles southeast of Salt Lake City and about 88 miles, by car, from Orem.
