Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Littleton, Colorado in June of 2020.

Now functioning as an RV storage, the Regency Steel building offers superior strength and durability, resulting in reliable protection for RVs parked inside. Desert Sand in color with a combination of Desert Sand and Hunter Green trim, the RV storage building stands 42’x90’x15.24’/17’ when raised, offering impressive aesthetics and high ceilings that easily accommodate oversize vehicles.

The roof of the building has a 0.5:12 pitch and a single-slope design and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling. Inside the RV storage building are (6) 15’x42’ rentable storage units, each of which has one of (6) 13’x14’ framed door openings.

Other steel storage building features and customizations include gutters and downspouts, which help prevent damage caused by moisture, and several other climate-related enhancements, including a 115-mph wind load and a 42-pound snow load. Part of the Denver – Aurora – Lakewood metro area, Littleton extends into Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson counties. The community sits about 9 miles south of Downtown Denver.
