Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the (3) buildings generate a regular revenue stream for the owner and together function as a self-storage business. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the first mini storage building is 30’x200’x8.5’, while the second is 30’x170’x8.5’. The third metal mini storage building is 30’x120’x8.5’, and overhead, they all feature heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches.
Distributed among the mini storage buildings are (105) storage units, and each has its own access point. In total, there are (93) 9’x7’ framed door openings housing (93) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (12) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (12) 3070 steel entry doors.
Regency Steel constructed all (3) metal mini storage buildings in accordance with local building and engineering codes, engineering them with 115-mph wind speed ratings and 24.5-pound snow loads. Located in south central Michigan’s Ionia County, the city of Ionia sits mostly within Ionia Township. Parts of the community also extend into nearby Easton and Berlin townships.
