Mini Storage Outlet was the proud supplier of these (3) metal mini storage buildings in Amarillo, Texas, in May of 2017.
Together, the (3) Regency Storage Systems steel buildings function as a self-storage business, giving renters a safe, secure place to store valuables while protecting them from the elements, extreme temperatures and other hazards. The first mini storage building supplied is a 50’x10’x9.5’ addition to an existing 60’x80’x’14’ structure, bringing Building A’s final size to 60’x140’x9.5’/14’.
The second Regency Steel storage building, Building B, is 75’x230’x9.5’, while the third self-storage building, Building C, is 100’x’150’x9.5’. Buildings B and C are also climate-controlled, giving renters an opportunity to store their goods at comfortable, consistent temperatures.
All (3) mini storage buildings have reliable protection overhead thanks to heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel roofs. The roof of Building A has mixed pitches, while the roofs of Buildings B and C have gable designs and modest 0.5:12 pitches.
Self-Storage Facility Features & Customizations
Inside Building A are (40) rentable storage units in a variety of sizes. The building contains (11) 10’x10’ storage units, (8) 10’x15’ storage units, (10) 10’x20’ units and (4) 5’x5’ rentable units. Buildings B and C boast climate-controlled storage units in several different sizes, giving renters additional options.
Each storage unit also has an accompanying Janus mini storage door that grants its renter easy access inside, and insulation installed in Buildings B and C creates a comfortable, energy-efficient environment where renters can store goods and assets that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures.
Mini Storage Outlet engineered all (3) Regency Steel mini storage buildings to comply with building and engineering codes currently in place in Amarillo. Each self-storage building features a 90-mph and a 21-psf roof snow load to enhance durability given the climate characteristics of the Amarillo area.
A Reliable Revenue Source
Considered by many to be “recession-resistant” because it tends to thrive even during economic downturns, the mini storage industry offers a high return on a business owner’s investment. Steel mini storage buildings are inherently strong and easy to maintain, generating a steady revenue stream for owners while needing only minimal maintenance in exchange.
