Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the buildings offer unmatched strength and durability and together function as a self-storage business. The first mini storage building, Building A, stands 20’x130’x8.5’ once erect and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, while the second and third buildings, Buildings B and C, are 20’x130’x7.667’/8.5’ when raised and have single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches.

Building A contains (28) rentable storage units, among them (24) 10’x10’ units with (24) 9’x7’ framed openings and (4) 5’x10’ units, each of which has one of (4) 4’x7’ framed door openings. Buildings B and C each have (13) 10’x20’ units, and each has one of (13) 9’x7’ framed openings providing access inside. Each storage unit has its own door, with the self-storage facility featuring a total of (50) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (4) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.

Dividing each storage unit from the next is a hardwearing 29-guage steel partition panel, and the buildings also feature gutters and downspouts and DripX condensation control on their roofs, which help prevent water damage and condensation. All (3) Regency Steel mini storage buildings also have 115-mph wind loads and 7-psf roof snow loads in compliance with local building codes.

Located in southwestern Montana, Butte is the county seat of Silver Bow County. It lies about 113 miles southeast of Missoula and about 68 miles from Helena.
