Durable, low maintenance and highly customized, the (2) Regency Steel mini storage buildings deliver unmatched strength and durability and together function as a self-storage business. The first metal mini storage building is an expansive 20’x360’x8.5’ in size, while the second building in the complex is 10’x350’x8.0833’/8.5’.

Overhead, both buildings feature painted steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, although the first building has a gable roof and the second, a single-slope one. Between them, the (2) steel self-storage buildings contain (110) rentable storage units in a variety of sizes. The first building contains (50) 10’x10’ units, each with one of (50) 9’x7’ framed openings; (10) 10’x20’ units featuring (20) 9’x7’ framed openings (with openings on each end); and (4) 5’x10’ storage units featuring (4) 4’x7’ framed openings.

The second building houses (20) 10’x10’ units, each with one of (20) 9’x7’ framed openings, and (30) 5’x10 storage units equipped with (30) 4’x7’ framed openings. Each framed opening holds one of (90) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors or one of (34) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
