Each storage unit has its own access point, and each of those framed openings encloses one of (46) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and top draft stops.
Dividing (20) of the building’s storage units are robust, 20-gauge partition walls, and 29-gauge partitions separate the remaining storage units in the building. Other key features and customizations include 90-mph wind speed ratings and 21-psf snow loads, which keep the building compliant with local building codes.
Located in northern Nebraska, the city of Valentine is part of Cherry County. The community lies about 195 miles outside Kearney and about 130 miles from North Platte.
