Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings for self-storage use, the rugged, low-maintenance mini storage building is 50’x50’x14’ in size when raised, featuring higher ceilings than most self-storage buildings. Comprised of hardwearing, damage-resistant steel parts, the mini storage building has a heavy-duty painted Galvalume gable roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead that provides protection from the Arkansas elements.

Inside the building are (2) 25’ clear span bays, and there are also (3) framed openings throughout. These include (2) 14’x14’ framed openings along the left and right end walls and (1) 12’x12’ opening on the left end wall. The metal mini storage building also has pre-applied DripX condensation control on the roof that helps prevent water damage and gutters and downspouts that divert water away from the building and its foundation.

Other customizations made in compliance with the building and engineering codes currently in place in Mountain Home include a 12.6-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Situated within the southern Ozark Mountains not far from the Arkansas-Missouri border, the city of Mountain Home is part of Baxter County.
