Comprised of heavy-duty steel parts, the metal building now functions as a self-storage facility, standing 50’x465’x16.083’/14’ once raised. Overhead, the Regency Storage Systems metal building boasts a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch that offers reliable protection from the Montana elements. Inside the mini storage building are (35) rentable storage units, among them (5) 10’x15 units featuring (5) 9’x7’ framed openings and (30) 15’x50’ storage units, each of which has one of (30) 12’x14’ framed openings providing access inside.

Each storage unit has its own point of access, and filling each framed opening is one of (5) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors or (30) 12’x14’ Model 1000 light commercial doors. There are also robust, 29-gauge partition panels separating each storage unit. The steel self-storage building also features a number of customizations, including painted roof panels, gutters, downspouts, a firewall and DripX condensation control applied to its roof.

Regency Steel also engineered the mini storage building to meet all local building code requirements, adding a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30.1-psf snow load. Located about 5 miles from Downtown Helena, the city of East Helena is part of Lewis and Clark County and the Helena micropolitan statistical area. It sits about 92 miles northwest of Bozeman and about 70 miles from White Sulphur Springs.
