Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the metal buildings offer superior quality and durability, and each differs in size. Together, they serve as a self-storage facility. The first metal mini storage building, Building A, is 15’x120’x8.5’/7.875’, while the second stands 70’x99’x14’. The third mini storage building is 20’x80’x8.5’/7.667’, and all (3) buildings have reliable protection overhead thanks to rugged Galvalume steel roofs with modest 0.5:12 pitches.

The mini storage buildings contain rentable storage units in a range of different sizes. Building A boasts (12) 10’x15’ storage units, each with one of (12) 9’x7’ framed openings. Inside Building B are (14) 12’x35’ storage units with (14) 10’x12’ framed openings and (7) 10’x15’ storage units, each of which features one of (7) 9’x8’ framed openings. Building C contains (8) 10’x20’ storage units featuring (8) 9’x7’ framed openings.

Each framed opening in the storage complex houses one of (20) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, one of (14) 10’x12’ Model 1000 mini storage doors or one of (7) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors. Additional features and upgrades include 29-gauge partition panels separating the storage units, painted roof panels, and several customizations that help prevent condensation from forming, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation pre-applied to the buildings’ roofs.

All (3) Regency Steel self-storage buildings also have 30.1-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind loads in compliance with local building codes. Located in Lewis & Clark County in west-central Montana, the city of East Helena is part of the Helena, Montana, micropolitan area.
