Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the rugged, sustainable steel building now functions as a mini storage business and is 20’x45’x8.5’ once erect. Overhead, it sports a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch that provides reliable protection from the elements.

Inside the mini storage building are (15) rentable storage units, among them (14) 5’x10’ storage units with (14) 4’x7’ framed door openings and (1) 10’x20’ storage unit equipped with (1) 9’x7’ framed opening. Each storage unit has its own point of access, and in total, the self-storage business contains (14) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (1) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch.

Other notable accommodations include 29-gauge partitional panels with Galvalume finishes, gutters and downspouts that divert water away from the mini storage building’s roof and foundation, and DripX condensation control applied to its roof, which also helps prevent water damage. A 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional customizations made in compliance with local building codes.
