Durable, spacious and secure, the building now functions as a mini storage facility, generating a regular stream of revenue for its owner. Comprised of hardwearing, high-quality steel parts, the Regency Steel mini storage building is 40’x150’x8.5’ in size and contains (34) storage units that are available for rent.

The roof of the self-storage building is comprised of durable Galvalume steel and has a gable design and a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside it are (26) 10’x20’ units, each equipped with one of (26) 9’x7’ framed openings, and (8) 10’x10’ storage units, each of which features one of (8) 9’x7’ framed openings. Separating the storage units are robust 29-gauge partition panels.

All of the metal mini storage building’s units have their own doors, and in total, the mini storage facility contains (34) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. Other notable features and customizations include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the shop’s roof.

A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-psf roof snow load are additional features added in consideration of the building codes and climate characteristics of northwestern Wyoming. Located in Park County, the city of Powell sits roughly 200 miles northeast of Jackson and about 75 miles outside Yellowstone National Park.
