In total, the facility has (23) 12’x14’ framed openings enclosing (23) 12’x14’ Model 100 mini storage doors, (33) 12’x12’ framed openings housing (33) 12’x12’ Model 1000 mini storage doors and (54) 12’x10’ framed openings, each of which holds one of (54) 12’x10’ Model 1000 mini storage doors.

Dividing each storage unit are robust, 29-gauge partition panels, and the buildings also feature gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs. Other notable features that keep the mini storage buildings compliant with local building codes include 115-mph wind speed ratings and 10-psf roof snow loads.
