Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) prefabricated mini storage buildings in Stanton, Nebraska in February of 2021.

All (3) Regency Storage Systems metal buildings now function as mini storage buildings, and they together comprise a self-storage business that generates regular revenue for the property owner. All (3) mini storage buildings have attractive, Light Stone exteriors, with the first building standing 25’x60’x8.46’/9.5’, the second, 25’x130’x8.46’/9.5’, and the third, 50’x168’x14’/16.083’ once erect.

Overhead, each building sports one of (3) Galvalume single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and distributed among them are (31) storage units in a variety of sizes. There are (19) 10’x25’ storage units, each with one of (19) 9’x8’ framed door openings, and (12) 14’x50’ storage units, each featuring one of (12) 12’x14’ framed openings.

Filling those framed openings and offering access into each storage unit are (19) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (12) 12’x14’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors with stainless-steel latches. All doors within the self-storage facility are Sunset Orange in color.

Other customizations added to help prevent condensation include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the buildings’ roofs. All (3) metal mini storage buildings also boast 25.2-pound roof snow loads and 113-mph wind speed ratings in line with local building codes.

Located in northeastern Nebraska, the city of Stanton is part of Stanton County. The community sits about 12 miles southeast of Norfolk, Nebraska, and about 18 miles from Warnerville.
