Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the (2) buildings offer superior structural integrity and provide reliable protection for goods renters store inside. Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel components, they are Brilliant White in color, with Building A standing 15’x120’x7.875’/8.5’ in size and Building B standing 20’x120’x7.667’/8.5’.

Overhead, each metal mini storage building has a heavy-duty Gallery Blue single-slope roof with a minor 0.5:12 pitch, and distributed between them are (24) storage units. Building A contains (12) 10’x15’ storage units, and each has one of (12) 9’x7’ framed openings. Building B has (12) larger, 10’x20’ storage units and each has one of (12) 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has private access, and filling each framed door opening is one of (24) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. All doors are Royal Blue in color and feature high-quality stainless-steel latches and hardware. There are also 29-gauge partition panels functioning as dividers between the storage units.
