Durable and engineered to last, the (3) Regency Steel mini storage buildings together create a self-storage facility. Comprised of hardwearing, long-lasting steel parts, the first building, Building A, is 41’x126’x14.292’/14. The second metal mini storage building, Building B, is 31’x168’x12.708’14’, while the third structure, Building C, stands 23’x60’x7.542’/8.5’ when raised.

Covering each mini storage building is a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and distributed among them are (27) rentable storage units in several different sizes. Inside Building A are (9) 14’x41’ storage units, and each has one of (9) 12’x14’ framed door openings. Building B contains (12) 14’x31’ storage units, each featuring one of (12) 12’x12’ framed door openings, and Building C houses (6) 10’x23’ storage units. Each storage unit in Building C has one of (6) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing one of (6) 9’x7’ Model 750 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.

Gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on each building’s roof helps prevent condensation and water damage, and the metal mini storage buildings also have 29-gauge partition panels serving as dividers between storage units. All (3) structures also have 25.2-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in accordance with local building codes.

Located in northwestern New Mexico, Navajo Dam is a census-designated place in San Juan County. It sits about 182 miles outside Santa Fe and about 51 miles from Durango, Colorado.
