Spacious, ultra-durable and Charcoal in color, the (2) Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. Comprised of hardwearing, high-quality steel parts, the first building, Building A, stands 40’x160’x8.5’ once raised, while the second Building, Building B, is 25’x260’x8.5’.
Overhead, both metal mini storage buildings sport Charcoal-colored gable roofs with 2:12 pitches, and between them, they feature (90) rentable storage units. Inside Building A are (32) rentable storage units, and each has one of (32) 9’x7’ framed openings. Inside Building B are (10) 5’x10’ storage units with (5) 4’x7’ framed openings, (24) 10’x10’ units with (24) 9’x7’ framed openings and (24) 10’x15’ storage units with (24) 9’x7’ framed door openings.
Each storage unit has its own access point, and enclosed within each framed opening is one of (10) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches or one of (48) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. All mini storage doors are an attractive Silhouette Gray in color, blending well with the rest of the buildings.
There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels dividing the storage units, and each building also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its roof that helps protect stored goods by preventing condensation. Both steel self-storage buildings also have 42-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in accordance with local building codes.
Located in western New York, the city of Angola is part of Erie County. The community sits about 20 miles from Lackawanna and about 22 miles southwest of Downtown Buffalo.
