There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels function as dividers between the storage units.

DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof helps guard against condensation, while gutters and downspouts help divert rain or snowfall away from the mini storage building’s roof and foundation. Other climate-related customizations include a 30.1-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which adhere to local building codes.
