Filling those door openings are (18) 12’x14’ steel mini storage doors with lever locks, and the steel mini storage buildings also have 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage areas.
Both mini storage buildings also feature several climate-related customizations that adhere to local building codes, including 29.4-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings. An unincorporated area situated within Tittabawassee Township; Freeland is part of Saginaw County.
