Building B contains (7) 18’x40’ storage units and each has one of (7) 12’x14’ framed door openings. Filling those door openings are (18) 12’x14’ steel mini storage doors with lever locks, and the steel mini storage buildings also have 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage areas.
Both mini storage buildings also feature several climate-related customizations that adhere to local building codes, including 29.4-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings. An unincorporated area situated within Tittabawassee Township; Freeland is part of Saginaw County.
