Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) metal mini storage buildings in Idaho Falls, Idaho in March of 2021.

Now used for RV and boat storage, the Regency Storage Systems metal buildings offer optimal structural integrity, helping protect boats and RVs stored inside while preserving their resale value. The first structure stands 35’x246’x16’, while the second metal mini storage building is 40’x265’x16’. Both buildings feature high ceilings that accommodate large vehicles and watercraft, and overhead, each features a rugged, corrosion-resistant single-slope Galvalume roof with a mild 0.25:12 pitch.

Both roofs have DripX condensati0on control pre-applied, helping prevent moisture-related damage. They also have gutters and downspouts that keep water from pooling on the roofs or near the foundations.

Distributed between the (2) steel mini storage buildings are (215) storage units available for rent, and each has its own framed door opening and access door. In total, the self-storage facility has (159) 8’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (24) 8’x10’ Model 650 doors, (8) 10’x14’ Model 2000 roll-coil doors and (24) 12’x14’ Model 2000 roll-coil mini storage doors. The buildings also have 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes functioning as dividers between storage units.

Regency Steel Buildings also fabricated the boat and RV storage buildings to adhere to local building and engineering codes, adding a 115-mph wind speed rating to each. Situated in southeastern Idaho, the city of Idaho Falls is part of Bonneville County. The city sits about 28 miles northeast of Blackfoot and about 28 miles southwest of Rexburg.
