Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of prefabricated Regency Steel mini storage buildings in Farmington, Missouri, in May of 2020.
Charcoal in color with attractive Gray trim, the (2) metal mini storage buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. Featuring rugged, quality steel construction, the first mini storage building is 30’x200’x8.5’ and has a gable roof design with a 0.5:12 pitch, while the second mini storage building is 15’x200’x8.5’/9.125’ and has a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.
The first metal building has (48) rentable storage units throughout, which include (12) 5’x10’ units and (36) 10’x15’ units. The second storage building contains (20) 10’x15’ storage units available for rent. Distributed between the buildings, providing individualized access to each unit, are (12) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches and (56) 8’x7’ mini storage doors, also featuring stainless steel latches. All doors are Royal Blue in color.
The mini storage buildings feature a number of customizations including moveable partition panels, gutters and downspouts that divert water away from the roofs and foundations, and DripX condensation control, which helps prevent moisture from seeping in and causing damage. Other notable features added in adherence to local building codes include 115-mph wind loads and 21-pound roof snow loads.
Located in Missouri’s Lead Belt, Farmington is part of St. Francois County, in eastern Missouri. It sits about 70 miles from St. Louis and 13 miles southeast of Bonne Terre.
