Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of prefabricated mini storage buildings in Rock Springs, Wyoming, in February of 2021.
Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the durable, low-maintenance mini storage buildings offer unmatched structural integrity. The first building, Building A, slopes toward the back and is 45’x210’x14’3”, while the second structure, Building B, stands 45’x210’x16’/17’8” and slopes toward the front.
Overhead, both steel buildings feature Galvalume single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and inside, each has 14’x45’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings and 12’x14’ mini storage doors. Both metal mini storage buildings also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs, and Building B also has gutters and downspouts that divert rain and snow away from its roof and foundation.
There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels functioning as dividers between storage units, and each building also features a 43-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load in accordance with local building codes. Located in southwestern Wyoming’s Sweetwater County, the city of Rock Springs sits about 117 miles outside Lander and about 256 miles from Cheyenne.
