Tan in color, the durable, easy-to-erect metal mini storage building offers unsurpassed strength and durability, creating a safe and secure place for renters to store goods they don’t use on a daily basis. When raised, the Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., mini storage building is 30’x100’x8.5’ in size, and overhead, it sports a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.
Inside the self-storage building are (20) storage units available for rent, which include (10) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (10) 10’x20’ storage units, also with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Filling those framed door openings are (20) 9’x7’ Fern Green Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. The building also contains heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels that act as dividers between the storage units.
Several customizations help prevent condensation and water damage, among them gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the mini storage building’s roof. The building also features a 30.1-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating in line with local building codes.
Located in central Pennsylvania, the city of DuBois is the most-populated community in Clearfield County. It lies about 100 miles northeast of Pittsburgh and 60 miles northwest of State College.
