Spacious and easy to erect, the building has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume steel panels sitting overhead, and inside, it contains (12) 14’x45’ storage units available for rent.

Each storage unit has its own 12’x14’ framed opening housing one of (12) 12’x14’ painted Model 1000 roll-coil doors with chain hoists. There are also heavy-duty, 29-gauge partition panels functioning as dividers between storage units.

The roof of the metal mini storage building has DripX condensation control pre-applied to it, and it also has gutters and downspouts running along it, which divert water and moisture away from the building, helping prevent condensation. A 115-mph wind speed rating is another notable feature that keeps the mini storage building compliant with local building and engineering codes.
