Inside, the steel mini storage building contains (51) storage units available for rent that generate a steady stream of revenue for the building owner. There are (17) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (34) 10’x10’ storage units, also with 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Some of the storage units have multiple points of access, and in total, the mini storage facility contains (68) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. There are also 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes acting as dividers between units.

Gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof panels all help protect against condensation and water damage, while a 30-psf roof snow load and a high, 132-mph wind speed rating keep the mini storage building compliant with local building codes.
