Regency Steel Buildings sourced these (2) metal mini storage buildings in Henderson, Minnesota, in January of 2022.
Durable, low-maintenance and highly customized, the buildings are comprised of rugged, reliable steel parts, resulting in optimal strength and durability. The first metal mini storage building, Building A, is 30’x150’x8.5’ in size, while the second mini storage building, Building B, is 25’x150’x8.458’x9.5’.
Both feature hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, although Building A’s roof has a gable design and Building B’s roof, a single-slope design. Between them, the (2) steel self-storage buildings contain (45) storage units for rent.
Inside Building A are (30) 10’15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, and each door opening holds one of (30) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. Inside Building B are (15) 10’x25’ storage units, and each has a 9’x8’ framed door openings enclosing one of (15) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.
Serving as separators inside Building A are 26-gauge partition panels, while Building B has 29-gauge partitions serving the same purpose. The metal mini storage buildings also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs, which helps protect the structural components from water damage.
Both buildings also feature 40-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in line with local building codes. A sparsely populated community in south-central Minnesota’s Sibley County, Henderson sits about a 27-mile drive from Glencoe, Minnesota, and about 12 miles southwest of Belle Plaine.
