Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Morgantown, Indiana

Regency Steel Buildings was the proud supplier of these (3) metal mini storage buildings in Morgantown, Indiana, in February of 2022.

Fabricated by Regency Storage Systems, the (3) buildings together undergo use as a self-storage business and are comprised of sustainable, ultra-durable steel parts. The first building, Building A, is 30’x200’x8.5’, while Building B is 20’x137’x8.5’/9.333’. The third building in the mini storage complex, Building C, is 20’x160’x8.5’/9.333’.

Overhead, each mini storage building sports a rugged Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, although Building A’s roof has a gable design, while the roofs of Buildings B and C feature single-slope designs. There is also DripX condensation control pre-applied to the buildings’ roofs and gutters, and downspouts along them that help divert water away from the structure.

In total, the self-storage facility has (73) storage units distributed throughout that are available for rent. Building A holds (40) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed openings, while Building B holds (1) 7’x20’ unit with a 6’x7’ framed door opening, (2) 10’x’10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (12) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Meanwhile, Building C is home to (4) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (14) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Filling the mini storage complex’s framed door openings are (1) 6’x7’ mini storage door, (2) 8’x7’ mini storage doors and (72) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, all of which are Model 650 doors with chateau bezel latch sets. Building A also contains 26-gauge movable partition panels, while Buildings B and C contain 29-gauge partitions.

All (3) steel mini storage buildings also feature 25.2-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in accordance with local building codes. Located in Jackson Township and Morgan County in central Indiana, Morgantown sits roughly 31 miles south of Indianapolis and about 34 miles from Shelbyville.
