Now serving as a self-storage facility, the (2) buildings offer superior protection for goods stored inside thanks to top-quality steel construction. Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the first structure, Building A, is 20’x140’x7.67’/8.5’, while the second steel mini storage building stands 20’x100’x8.5’.

Overhead, both mini storage buildings feature rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, although Building A’s roof has a gable design and Building B’s roof, a single-slope design. Inside Building A are (14) 10’x20’ storage units, and each has one of (14) 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Inside Building B are (18) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (4) 5’x10’ storage units with (4) 4’x7’ framed door openings. Filling those framed door openings are (32) 9’x7’ and (6) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware. Separating the storage units are heavy-duty, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes.

Other features and customizations include gutters and downspouts, which keep moisture from pooling atop the buildings’ roofs, and several accommodations that keep the mini storage buildings compliant with local building codes including roof snow loads of 7 pounds and 115-mph wind loads.
