Mini Storage Building Kits in Dickson, Tennessee

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (4) metal mini storage building kits in Dickson, Tennessee, in December of 2021.

Rugged, secure and highly customized, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage buildings feature top-of-the-line steel construction and all differ in size. Building A stands 30’x190’x16’ once raised, while Building B is 100’x190’x10.5’. Building C stands 60’x190’x10.5’ upon erection, while Building D is 20’x240’x8.5’. All (4) mini storage buildings have hardwearing Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches offering protection from above.

Inside Building A are (15) 12’x30’ storage units, and each has (2) 10’x14’ framed door openings. There are also (2) 15’x10’ units with 8’x14’ door openings.

Building B contains (3) 15’x15’ storage units, (5) 15’x20’ units, (14) 10’x20’ units, (40) 10’x15’ units, and (37) 10’x10’ units, all of which have 9’x7’ door openings. There are also (14) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed door openings.

Inside mini storage Building C are (2) 15’x15’ units, (27) 10’x15’ units, (3) 10’x20’ units and (30) 10’x10’ units, all of which have 9’x7’ framed door openings. There are also (24) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed door openings.

Finally, Building D contains (24) 10’x20’ storage units, and each has (2) 9’x7’ framed door openings. In total, there are (30) 10’x14’ Model 1000 mini storage doors with chain hoists and stainless-steel latch hardware, (2) 8’x14’ doors of the same variety, (209) Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (40) 4’x7’ mini storage doors of the same variety. All roll-coil doors are Royal Blue in color.

There are also (14) 4’x8’ roll-coil doors and (4) 4070 half-glass steel entry doors offering access inside the self-storage facility. All buildings also have gutters and downspouts, and Buildings A, B and C also feature DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs. Building B features an insulation package, which includes 6” of roof insulation and 4” of wall insulation with a vapor inhibitor.

All (4) steel mini storage buildings also feature 21-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in adherence to local building codes. Located in north-central Tennessee, Dickson is part of the Nashville metro area. It sits about 40 miles from Nashville and about 62 miles outside Huntingdon.
