Now functioning as a self-storage business, the Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage building is 55’x204’x12 when erect and features rugged, quality steel construction. The building’s durable, hardwearing Galvalume roof has a gable design and a 0.5:12 pitch, and there are (57) storage units in a variety of sizes distributed throughout.
Inside are (17) 12’x30’ storage units with 10’x10’ framed door openings, (10) 20’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, (10) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (20) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit has its own point of access.
In total, the storage facility features (17) 10’x10’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (20) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (20) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, with all mini storage doors featuring stainless-steel latch hardware. The self-storage facility also has (2) 4070 walk doors with panic hardware and closers that provide entry into the building’s main entry area.
A 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional customizations made in accordance with local building codes. Located in Navarro County, the city of Eureka, Texas, sits about 67 miles southeast of Dallas and about 77 miles outside Tyler, Texas.
