The first structure, Building A, is 30’x190’x8.5’, while the second building, Building B, is 30’x230’x8.5’. The third building in the complex, Building C, is 30’x210’x7.25’/8.5’.

All (3) metal mini storage buildings have rugged Galvalume roofs with modest 0.5:12 pitches overhead, although Buildings A and B have gable roofs, while Building C has a single-slope roof. Distributed among the (3) steel mini storage buildings are (105) rentable storage units.

Building A contains (38) 10’x15’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings, while Building B houses (46) 10’x15’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings. Building C holds (21) 10’x30’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings and has heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions functioning as dividers between storage units.

Each door opening holds one of (105) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors in High-Gloss White, and each has stainless-steel latch hardware. Other notable customizations include gutters, downspouts, and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof panels.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 29.4 psf keep the buildings compliant with local building codes while enhancing durability. Located on Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, Freeland is situated within Saginaw County and Tittabawassee Township. It sits about 13 miles northwest of Saginaw and about an 18-mile drive from Bay City.
