Now used for mini storage, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage building features high-quality steel construction, resulting in optimal protection for goods stored inside. When constructed, it stands 70’x180’x14’ in size and boasts a wide clear span and high ceilings that can accommodate traditional, boat, or RV storage needs.

Overhead, the self-storage building sports a Galvalume gable roof with a modest 0.5:12 pitch, and inside are (24) rentable 15’x35’ storage units. Each oversize storage unit has a 12’x12’ framed door opening, and each framed door opening encloses one of (24) 12’x12’ Model 1000 storage doors with chain hoists and stainless-steel latches.

Additional mini storage building features include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes, which separate the storage units from one another, and gutters, downspouts, and DripX condensation control pre-applied to its roof. The mini storage building also has a 42-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind rating in accordance with local building codes.

Located in northwestern Wisconsin, Saint Croix Falls is part of Polk County. The community sits roughly 106 miles south of Superior and about 25 miles west of Turtle Lake.
