Regency Steel Buildings was proud to provide this pre-engineered mini storage building in Fredericktown, Missouri, in July of 2022.
Attractive and easy to raise, the Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., mini storage building features a Tan exterior and stands 30’x150’x8.5’ once constructed. Overhead, it features a hardy Galvalume gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 roof pitch, and inside the self-storage business are (31) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a monthly or annual fee.
The self-storage building contains (17) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (14) 10’x20’ storage units, also with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit has its own door that allows its renter inside, and in total, the facility boasts (31) Royal Blue 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.
Dividing each storage unit from the next are rugged, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finish and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof is another enhancement, helping protect the building against water damage. Gutters and downspouts along the roof line further guard against condensation by diverting rain and snow away from the metal mini-storage building’s roof and foundation.
A 25.2-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in adherence to the building and engineering codes in place in Fredericktown. Part of Madison County in southeastern Missouri, Fredericktown sits 167 miles from Osage Beach and roughly 89 miles south of St. Louis.
