Now functioning as a self-storage business with (40) storage units for rent, the Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage building offers optimal strength and durability and is 40’x200’.8.5’ once constructed. Overhead, a hardwearing Galvalume steel gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch provides protection from the South Dakota elements, while gutters and downspouts along the roofline and DripX condensation control on the roof panels all help protect the building against condensation.

Inside the Light Stone-colored mini storage building with a combination of Light Stone and Hunter Green trim are (40) 10’x20’ storage units. Each requires its own point of access, and each storage unit has one of (40) 9’x7’ framed door openings equipped with one of (40) 9’x7’ Forest Green-colored Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware providing access inside. The building also features heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes, which break up the interior and create separate storage units.

Additional customizations added with regard to the climate characteristics and building codes of the area include a 115-mph wind rating and a 25.2-PSF snow load.
