Durable and built to last, the Regency Steel Buildings mini storage buildings offer superior structural integrity and together create a self-storage facility. Each metal mini storage building is an expansive 40’x550’x8.5’ in size, and each structure has a rugged Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch providing reliable protection from above.
Between them, the (2) steel mini storage buildings have (110) storage units available for rent, and they also have heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units inside. In total, the buildings contain (8) 10’x20’ storage units with 8’6”x8’ framed door openings and (212) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit also has its own point of entry. In total, the self-storage facility contains (8) 8’6”x8’ Wasabi-colored Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (212) 9’x7’ Wasabi-colored Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless-steel latches.
Both mini storage buildings also have gutters, downspouts, and 2.5” vapor barriers with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing, all of which help with condensation control. Engineered to comply with the building codes in place in Bozeman, both structures also feature 35.2-PSF ground snow loads and 115-mph wind ratings.
